After establishing the GSGES satellite office in Hue, Vietnam in 2005, the GSGES also established offices in Hanoi and Da Nang, and has been actively carrying out educational and research activities in collaboration with researchers in the partner universities (Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Da Nang, and Hue University). The book documenting the activities and academic results has been published by Springer Nature at the end of 2024, which includes the comprehensive implementation in the interdisciplinary research and education in Vietnam.
